If you are looking for a great concert band you have come to the right place.
The Wind Ensemble of Western Connecticut is a 48 piece band that plays a wide
variety of repertoire from classics and contemporary to show tunes and march music. Most of our performances are benefit concerts for causes that include local organizations as well as world causes. Our members come from throughout Western CT and include amateur, student, and professional musicians. What we all have in common is a love for playing good music in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We rehearse on Tuesday evenings in either Woodbury, with easy access from I-84 exit 15, or at the Mainstage Theatre at Naugatuck Valley Community College, exit 18, both with ample parking and handicapped access.
